Saif Ali Khan'sKaalakaandi, whose September release date was postponed, will release in January now. A new poster released by the makers unveils the release date to be January 12, 2018. Kaalakaandi will be Saif Ali Khan's first movie after this year's Rangoon and the actor said: "I truly consider it to be one of my best films and am really forward to the release.

The Teaser of kaalakandi released in july,leaving movie buffs a little perplexed about the film's subject. Talking about what his new movie deals with, Saif said: "The film is a cross section of Mumbai with underworld goons, doomed bankers and idealistic lovers all mixed together in this karmic tale about love, crime and living a lifetime in one night!"
